All property purchases on Oaksvale are settled in USDC stablecoin. You fund your Oaksvale wallet with USDC and use that balance to acquire property units in any active property sale on the platform.
Once you buy into a property, you'll receive property-backed digital ownership units representing your share in the underlying property. You gain rights to your share of rental income distributions and governance participation, allowing you to vote on key property-related decisions.
You can track your earnings from your Oaksvale dashboard. It gives you real-time visibility into the properties you co-own, including rental income, operating expenses, net returns, booking activity, and your available USDC balance, all in one place.
Yes. Through the Oaksvale Property Marketplace, you can list your units for sale to other verified investors. Funds are held in escrow until the on-chain transfer settles and the SPV ownership records are updated, so both buyer and seller are protected throughout the transaction.
Oaksvale operates the tokenized assets directly. In every jurisdiction where a property is located, Oaksvale sets up a dedicated property management subsidiary that handles day-to-day operations, maintenance, leasing, vendor coordination, and reporting. This local Oaksvale entity is the operational manager of the asset and is responsible for executing the collective decisions of the DAO governance, ensuring smooth, accountable, and compliant running of the property.
Each property DAO is anchored to a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that legally owns the underlying property. Investor participation is structured through legally binding agreements tied to the SPV, while property units recorded on-chain represent economic interests, governance rights, and ownership records. Operationally, the property is run by an Oaksvale property management subsidiary established in the asset's jurisdiction, which executes DAO resolutions on behalf of unit holders. This ensures every digital unit is connected to enforceable real-world ownership and a clear operational manager.
